WHO WE ARE
The owner Michael Brown has lived in the Charlotte region for over 50 years and has over 25 years of real estate experience in brokerage, development and construction.
Mike started his commercial real estate career with Prudential Charlotte Commercial Real Estate and was a founding partner & vice president with Southeast Commercial Real Estate before starting his own firm, Cole Real Estate Advisors.
Mike’s commitment to reliability and integrity has proved to be invaluable for his clients. His personal efforts have helped many to realize and many times exceed their financial goals with their real estate holdings. This has lead to building long-term client relationships with his clients. Many have continued purchasing or investments and have referred their family and friends to us over the years.
